Jen Rogers is Executive Director of the San Diego Master Chorale and has more than 20 years of experience in arts administration and nonprofit leadership. Her work has included fundraising, marketing, governance, strategic planning, audience development, and organizational growth for performing arts organizations across the country.

While her primary focus is leading the San Diego Master Chorale, Jen remains available for select consulting, coaching, and speaking engagements.

Her background includes executive leadership, fundraising, marketing, governance, strategic planning, and audience development for arts organizations across the country. Under her leadership, organizations have experienced significant growth in audience attendance, fundraising, and community impact.

Prior to joining the San Diego Master Chorale, Jen served as CEO of the Phoenix Chorale and has worked with a wide range of performing arts organizations, boards, performing artists, and community organizations. She is a frequent blog contributor to Chorus Connection and an advocate for strengthening the future of choral music through sustainable nonprofit leadership.
